01. Volvo Group strategy - Business optimization
Brief
How might we redefine the customer journey for experienced truck drivers in order to ease sales friction and secure loyalty from the start?
Delivery
Through education, fleet customization and a step-by-step payment plan, we enable experienced drivers accelerate their careers - building relationships and securing loyalty customers before a sales process even begins.

02. Hyper Island - Research report
Brief
How might we meet post pandemic needs and build a collaborative work space that enables human connectivity and sparks creativity?
Delivery
A research report on the post-pandemic situation at the workplace. The report cover challenges and opportunities with working remote, onsite and hybrid, as well as potential directions going forward as the world heads into a new era.

03. Länsförsäkringar - Service design
Brief
How might we make the younger target audience, 18-25 y/o view Länsförsäkringar as a relevant and meaningful choice?
Delivery
An extension to the existing LF banking app providing data and guidance in order to help the target audience attain more sustainable consumption patterns.

04. ATG - Service design
Brief
How might we increase the interest for ATG and V75 in the segment 25-35 y/o, as well as recruit new players long term.
Delivery
In a new service for ATG, everyday betting is taken to the next level.
By providing the target audience with a structured way to soft bet around everyday activities in an exiting format, we lower the barrier and get them to interact with the brand early.
